Pound is a full body cardio workout! Come and rock out with me from the comfort of your own home!  No RIPSTIX required, just a great attitude!  Have water & a yoga mat.

Pound is a unique exercise method inspired by the energizing, infectious, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. We use RIPSTIX, which are lightly weighted drumsticks designed just for Pound! See you there!
